What is this for? made one up - end product is not equippable. Has no effects. Has no tradeskill tag. No suggestions on here for it being used for a quest, and by now ew know the "new fireworks" that had been spotted on test are simply the 5th anniversary fireworks sold at the party vendors.
Anyone got a clue????????

Last i knew this item doesnt have a use. However it is fairly cheap and easy to make for raising your tinking skill. Would be cool if they did make it for new improved levitation item.
