Sounds like they forgot to put some charges of Levitation on it or something. Tut tut.
Here's a use for this item:
It is a NON-FARMED 200+ Tinkering item. There ya go. Then again, since it costs about 400 pp to make, it's usefulness is fairly limited. :S

What on earth is this for? made one up - but it doesnt do anything - no tradeskill tag, doesnt go in any slot has no effects - and no lucy link on the item here to try to solve this one. Anyone out there found a use?
