This is simple to make, just go to the Overthere and kill Succulants wich drop the Clovers, or if your Forageing skill is high enough, you can get some that way. But, what are they used for, I've been looking and have no idea, will some kind soul PLZ help me out here ?

Cursed Dye is used to make Golden Grey Ribbon with tailoring. Golden Grey Ribbon is used to make Robe of Wings. A Robe of Wings can only be tailored by a Dark Elf but I believe any race can wear it.
