No, they're the shafts you'd use to make arrows from the Condensed substances. You'd use a Condensed Arrowhead, an Acrylia Shaft, a Round Cut Fletch, and a Small Groove Nock as I recall of the complete recipe. They don't trivial, so far as I know.
