Gather some of the bright stones that form here. Tiny Topaz White Star Elegant Emerald Rose Petal Quartz Soothing Stone Pale Tear Blood Moonstone Pale Geode All items are dropped from mobs in both outer ring's of the Plane of Health. They are uncommon drops. Rewards: Experience - Approximately 0.5% of the experience required to go from level 100 to level 101. -or- Alternate Ability points - You will be given 11 AA points to spend. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Since the ToV expansion and level cap increase, more AAs result from completing collections.
A data point: I've killed 20 mobs in outermost ring (scouts, presences, striders, etc), 4 drops in this collection so far. I killed some of the guardians and overseers, and saw no drops from them.
Edit - killed 3 more mobs (total of 23), got the last drop I needed.

I got 50 collectibles from 507 kills, so the drop rate here is 1 in 10.
The humans, half-elves, and golems also drop them. Never saw any drop from a named human though (in the gazebos).

that's how many kills to get 1 collection drop. they are not common at all for me
