Shaman Test of Health  

Recharges with Class 1 Mana Battery

This quest begins with Medicine Man Veetra in the Efreeti room of the Plane of Sky.

You say, 'Hail, Medicine Man Veetra'

Medicine Man Veetra says 'Good day to you, ______. Are you a shaman of [much experience]?'

You say, 'yes I am a shaman of much experience'

Medicine Man Veetra says 'Then welcome to the tests of the medicine man. I have two tomes, each tells of a shaman of great accomplishment. They are Gina MacStargan and Ooga. Simply tell me the name of the shaman you want to be tested by.'

You say, 'Gina'

Medicine Man Veetra says 'Return this tome to me if you wish me to call forth Gina. Destroy it if you do not.'

You receive the book Spirits Among Us. Give it back to Medicine Man Veetra. Medicine Man Veetra despawns and Gina MacStargan spawns next to him. Gina MacStargan will despawn in a minute or three, so don't dawdle.

Gina MacStargan says 'Hail. I have come to assist.'

Medicine Man Veetra says 'I am no longer needed and will take my leave.'

You say, 'Hail, Gina MacStargan'

Gina MacStargan says 'Hello, ______. I am the keeper of the tests of might, of health, and of sight. I also have been intrusted to allow players to trade back their old items for an upgraded version.'

You say, 'test of health'

Gina MacStargan says 'The test of health is difficult. I am sure that you will find it a challenge. Bring to me a platinum disc, some ethereal amber, a shimmering amber and finally a ceremonial belt. Return them all to me at once and you shall have your just reward.'

Turn in the Platinum Disc, Ethereal Amber, Shimmering Amber, and Ceremonial Belt to receive your Bracelet of the Spirits (it used to give out Elder Shaman's Ceremonial Bracelet).

The quest npc for this quest is Gina MacStargan, since Ooga did not accept the ceremonial belt.

any ideas where to get the stuff for this quest ?

No comments that the effect is Alacrity?

If it's self Alacrity then that's ok. If it's Castable on others then that's a damn nice bracer.

The last post is clueless. We have 5 shaman in our guild and none of the evil race shaman are at 200 wis. They are all lvl 53+ This item should be an upgrade in all ways to the rune etched bracer. Also, someone seems to be forgetting the upgrades to Rune Etched is Juncated and many of those pieces have less or no wisdom.

the wis stat should at least be comparable to other items in the game, come on verant give us some better items

I thought they once said something about Sky items making Fear/Hate items look like rusty weapons?? Umm, the stat bonuses aren't that much better and Hate wrists are 9AC. AC is important to a good number of shamans...especially those who would have the time and power to get something like this in SKY! Gimme a break!
