This is the second of two events in the raid expedition "Rathe Council Chambers: Eriak's Downfall".
In Summary Fight Xadrith the Voice while following kyv emotes and killing off the ukun and ratuk adds (this is a must). Eriak Zek becomes active upon Xadrith's death. Kill him while dealing with the same adds you encountered in 'The Brothers Zek' event. Xadrith the Voice The event is triggered through dialogue, so you can set up in the room. You say, 'Hail, Xadrith the Voice' Xadrith the Voice says 'You are persistent, aren't you? Even here, even now, you seek to [stop] us.' You say, 'We'll stop you!' Xadrith the Voice says 'You amuse me. It's almost a shame to end your life.' Xadrith the Voice hits for a max ~13,000; single-target rampages (no AE); flurries; and enrages. She casts a single-target charm called "Beguilement" on random people; has an AE stun; and has an AE hp/mana/end drain: Beguilement: Single Target, Unresistable (0) 1: Charm up to level 99 2: Stun(0.50 sec) 3: Decrease Hitpoints by 1000 per tick 4: Decrease Mana by 1000 per tick 5: Decrease Endurance by 1000 per tick Color Blaze: PB AE 90', Magic (-700) 1: Stun(6.00 sec/99) Discordant Feedback: NPC Hatelist 200', Chromatic (-350) 1: Decrease Mana by 200 per tick 2: Decrease HP when cast by 2000 3: Decrease Hitpoints by 200 per tick 4: Decrease Endurance by 300 per tick 5: Decrease Endurance by 200 6: Increase Curse Counter by 16 Throughout the entire Xadrith fight, adds called "an ukun fleshfeaster" and "a ratuk mauler" spawn. If the ratuks are not killed in good time, they duplicate themselves: a ratuk mauler begins speaking the words to summon a duplicate of itself. You'll also have to contend with kyv emotes (remember the Mastery of Foresight MPG trial?) which tell you "you should duck", "you should stand still", and "you should move". If you miss the movement-related emotes you get hit with "Kyv Arrow". If you miss the duck emote, you get hit with "Headshot": Headshot: Single Target, Unresistable (-1000) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 60000 2: Feign Death Kyv Arrow: Single Target, Unresistable (-1000) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 45000 As the ikaav's health lowers, you see this exchange: Xadrith the Voice shouts, 'They are indeed strong, Rallosian. I don't think I will be able to stand against them for much longer.' Eriak Zek shouts, 'I'm almost through! Work harder, or does your title indicate your only ability?' Xadrith the Voice shouts, 'One might suggest the same to you, Rallosian.' Xadrith the Voice shouts, 'Be warned, Rallosian. If I fall, my archers will not be able to protect you.' Eriak Zek shouts, 'If you fall, it means they are not worthy to aid me.' Xadrith the Voice shouts, 'These creatures are now your issue to deal with, Rallosian. Perhaps you will solve your own problems when no one is left to aid you.' Eriak Zek shouts, 'Blast it all! So close and now I have to stop due to the incompetence of others. Very well, then, have at you!' Xadrith the Voice has been slain by _____! Eriak Zek attacks shortly thereafter. Eriak Zek Eriak Zek hits for a max ~14,000; AE rampages (mitigated to ~5,000); single-target rampages; flurries; and enrages. You'll have to contend with the same add types from the previous event, "The Brothers Zek", but in smaller numbers. They spawn from the door behind you. The same weaknesses apply: a Rallosian archer - stuns a Rallosian flamespeaker - cold a Rallosian lifetaker - none? a Rallosian marauder - stuns a Rallosian priest - cold a Rallosian provost - fire a Rallosian salvebringer - stuns a Rallosian skirmisher - cold a Rallosian warbrute - fire a Rallosian warmaster - none? (Note: With Xadrith's death, you no longer have to contend with kyvs, ukuns, or ratuks.) Also: Throughout the encounter he'll enhance his abilities through use of potions. Eriak Zek's corpse says 'To fall in battle is a gift...' Rallos Zek's voice thunders through the halls: 'ERIAK! What has your foolishness done to weaken my plan?' Eriak Zek shouts, 'I just needed more time, Father. The portal would have fallen to my skill without these mortals and their meddling!' Rallos Zek shouts, 'Had you worked with your siblings you could have all the time you needed. Now your cunning has left you injured and we have lost the services of our ally.' Eriak Zek shouts, 'Had my brothers been strong enough to follow my plan, the Thaumatox would be in your hands now, father.' Rallos Zek roars, 'YOUR plan? It appears your gift for tactical errors extends to conversation. Come with me, Eriak. We have much to discuss.' Eriak Zek shouts, 'No, father! I can handle this!' This completes the expedition and (if you also have "The Brothers Zek" kill and all Rathe-theme pre-requisites) allows you to request the "Rallos Returns" raid.
