This task begins with Adrian in the graveyard area of Blackfeather Roost (location approximately -2400, +1200 -- the zone-in island.)
You say, 'Hail, Adrian' Adrian says 'Greetings to you, _____. Are you certain that you wish to be here amongst so much [evil]?' You say, 'Evil?' Adrian says 'Oh, yes, evil! Most foul! In all the tales I heard as a young satyr there were none so horrible as those about harpies and their deeds. That is why I am here. In my heart I crave [peace] but until my people are safe that is not to be.' You say, 'Peace?' Adrian says 'There can be no peace with an enemy without conscience. Too often have the harpies and their foul [griffons] hunted my people for food and used us as slaves. Because of this I have traveled here with my estranged brother, Lucian, to [learn more] about the harpies.' You say, 'Learn more?' You have been assigned the task 'Explore the Roost!'. Adrian says 'We will never defeat this menace until we understand it better. My brother and I have not discovered a way to travel any further into the roost, but we have learned that there are several other areas in these cliffs and crags that the harpies nest in. If you can [find a way] to explore deeper into the roost, please let me know what you find.' You say, 'Find a way?' Adrian says 'I don't know how you can get any deeper into the roost. It seems to me you'd need to fly, or be flown, to go any further than this.' Adrian aludes to the tasks that allow you to travel between the islands. The first task is "Travel to the First Ledge". (You'll have to complete these in order to finish this 'Explore' task. Four updates as follows: Search the Nest on the Ledge 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) First island approximately pos3210 neg925 headed toward the village past the narrow pass east of the line between the two griffon nests. Sneak into the Harpy Grove 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) Second Island approximately pos3750 pos1100 (no landmarks, it's in the middle of the island) Explore the cliffs 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) Third Island approximately +4755, -2951 (all the way to the right of this level). Search atop Harpy Mesa 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) Fourth Island approximately pos5950 pos935, in front of the 'valley' up to the Queens Palace nest. Return to Adrian 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) You say, 'Hail, Adrian' Your task 'Explore the Roost!' has been updated. You gain experience!!
