It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Kanetheus Forestwalker (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 59 - Minimum "kindly" faction with Norrath's Keepers Hail him to get a quest selection window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Scales of Justice'. To establish better relations with some of the temple's inhabitants we've decided to try and give them a peace offering. Within the temple is an aqua goblin who is the keeper of the pond. Approach him slowly and carefully so he understands that you do not mean him harm. Bring him this magical food which will help to enhance the color of his koi, which should make him very pleased. There are those within the temple that do not wish for better relations and they may try to stop you so you must be careful. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. Whoever requests the task receives a "Small sack of Koi Food". 
Touch the portal to Stillmoon Temple 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance will be marked on your compass (entered in the north-central part of the Broodlands, near the non-instanced entrance to Stillmoon Temple). Deliver 1 Small sack of Koi Food to Goblin Koi Master 0/1 (Stillmoon Temple) "a Stillmoon koi master" is located at the far west of the zone, next to the pond. Kill trash until you get to him, then hand in the sack of food.
