Cake to till all 25 with 5 on pet or self at a time with 70 necro with Merch cleric to heal ya. Repop for quest still a long time over an hour?

This solo task begins with Captain Zeke, who is located at -850, -290 in the Barren Coast (a dock near the middle of the coastline).
You say, 'Hail, Captain Zeke' Captain Zeke says 'Aye, how be ye this fine morning? Things are well enough with me, I [suppose].' You say, 'You suppose?' Captain Zeke says 'At least the cartel sent a guard over to try to keep the undead at bay. I guess that's kind of them, considerin' that I'm not truly a member of their bloody [cartel]. They only let me use this dock because I act as a barrier between them and those stinkin' corpses that walk the beach to the south. What with the [walking dead], the [rats and thieves], I'm surprised that I get any customers at all. Hang on, are you a customer? Bloody bones, I didn't mean to make it sound all that bad.' You say, 'What about the rats and thieves?' Captain Zeke says 'Aye. Bilge rats, for sure. Them cartel folks have some sort of magic or something that keeps them off their ships and out of their cargo. I ain't got that sort of magic. But I'd be willing to pay you to [help me] with these problems.' You say, 'I will help you' Captain Zeke says 'Thanks, mate.' You are offered two tasks, one of which is 'Wharf Rats'. You have been assigned the task 'Wharf Rats'. Zeke would like you to help him with his rat problem by killing a large number of them. He warns you that he believes they are part of some bardic hex and that they are very dangerous little beasts. Did this quest 5 times with 72 mage and air pet. Tried it once with almost all rats on my pet and killed 10 of the 25 before I ran out of mana. Came back in a few minutes and killed the other 15 at a more safe 3 - 6 rats at a time.
I pull from south of the dock to better ensure I only get 5 or less rats. Takes a while to kill all 25. Even with out KEI or better easy to kill if you take your time.
Keep damage sheld up and pet heal and all is gravy.
After I do this quest you can redo it but seem to take over an hour to allow the rats to respawn again. So I camp on the dock and do the quest on log in and on logging for the night.
5 times this quest and once on ship wreck quest and still cannot buy spells. May be here a while

I pull from south of the dock to better ensure I only get 5 or less rats. Takes a while to kill all 25. Even with out KEI or better easy to kill if you take your time.

The rats help each other big time. I got 23 of the 25 kills and only pulled one rat!
Also -- they got some HP for grey cons (at 80), so dont think this will be super easy.... even if not a true threat.

I aggroed 1, and got 11. These rats are very very social. More adds came as I killed the first 11, so didn't have to pull during rest of the mission.

Kill 25 rats (hit for mid 100s) (be prepared for adds)
**group gets credit for kill so this is one you can do in small groups or duo as well as solo**
Return and choose faction, XP, and get 25pp
