You receive Muddied Bixie Plans. Give them to Scout Vreshnar in Blightfire Moors, at -225, -1705.

Scout Vreshnar says 'I don't quite know what to make of these plans! They are barely legible. Poor Neauza, going through all that with so little to show for it. Now, it says here in this bit a few ingredients. It looks like a potion or spell! We need to find where the bixies practice their magic and alchemy, and bring me anything you can find on the subject! Go on then!'
