Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs may be found in the newbie area at +600, +135.

You say, 'Hail, Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs'

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Are you interested in taking a [test] of your Tradeskill Ability?'

You say, 'What test?'

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'I can give you a test of your tradeskill abilities in any of eleven different tradeskills. I can test you on [alchemy], [baking], [brewing], [fletching], [jewelry] making, [poison] making, [pottery], [smithing], spell [research], [tailoring], or [tinkering].'

You say, 'Poison.'

She will assign you a task dependent on your skill. The levels appear to be Beginner (50-99), Apprentice (100-149), Freshman (150-199), Journeyman (200-249), Expert (250-299), Master (300).

You have been assigned the task 'Master Toxicologist Test'.

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Ok take this list, make the recipes on it, and give them to the Judge for Approval. Be sure to read all of the
rules.'

Rules:
Make all of the items on this list.
You may make them in any order you wish.
You may have friends help you with any part but the last step which creates the actual part on the list. This you must do yourself.
You may make the items in any order and turn them in to the Judge in any order that you wish.
The Judge will keep all items that she is given to defray the costs of the contest.
The Judge's decision is final.
If you already have an old Trophy that you have made, show it to the Coordinator and she will mark it as already completed. You will still have to submit the old trophy to the judge.

Upon handing the last one into Judge Marion Teld'Mare you get:

Congratulations. You have passed the test. Please give this scorecard to the coordinator. Be sure to have two places available in your inventory because she will give you either one or two items as your prize.

You have been given: Master Toxicologist Scorecard

Give the scorecard to Baublie.

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Congratulations! That was great work. This trophy is brand new and has yet to evolve. First take your trophy in either your left or right hand then take the certificate that I am also giving you and put it in the appropriate tradeskill container and your trophy will evolve to the proper level for the test you have taken.'

You receive the Beginner Toxicologist Trophy and a Master Toxicologist Certificate. Equip the trophy in your PRIMARY slot, then combine the certificate by itself in a mortar and pestle and your trophy will evolve to a Master Toxicologist Trophy.

The trophies are evolving items that also evolve as you craft recipes within a certain non-trivial range (reportedly 100) above your current skill level. Once you pass into the next skill level bracket, the trophy should evolve soon afterward. The trophies can also summon weight-reducing bags like the older trophies. When you take these bags to Jolum in the Bazaar, you get an Essence, and can combine the Essence in a mortar and pestle to get a permanent weight-reducing bag specific to poisonmaking.

Strike of the Shissar Trivial

It may have been possible to make skill ups on these before a certain time frame, however, all Strike of the Shissar are now trivial at 260. Not sure when this change occurred, but you can no longer use these to evolve your trophy from the Master lvl to the Peerless Pestle. Also, you can't make these until you are at least lvl 300 in Poisoncrafting.

I have been using any of the drops that I get from required lvl 75 up to Required lvl 90 to make all the different poisons, but evolution is very slow. I would well believe the above post from drmemory that it took him more than 1200 combines to evolve to the Peerless Pestle. The good thing is that these drops are pretty frequent in some zones. Drakes in Sunder seem to drop ingredients very often, sometimes several per kill. The drops from them make lvl 70 or 75 required poisons, and the Trivials on them are in the mid to high 300s. Easier to do the combines. And since the Trophy doesn't really look at complexity or trivial range except as it apllies to getting skill, I would recommend these over the higher lvl drops that sometimes have a trivial in excess of 500.

I also asked my guild to save me any TS drops for poisonmaking with the promise of making the Spider's Bite and Scorpion's Sting poisons free of charge, since these are usable by all classes, not just rogues.

I would also like to point out that some of these poisons stack with each other, which was a welcome surprise for me. As an example, Myrmidon's Sloth poison stacks with any of the DD poisons. It is a slow spell, 65%, and makes fighting a lot smoother for you solo or for groups.

There are also a couple of these that reduce aggro, and they stack with the DDs as well. They don't stack with the Myrmidon's sloth though.

Trophy Evolution

Bold Text
I did the following:

a) Made "Spirit of Sloth" to skill level 275.
b) Made "Horrendous Atrophy to skill level 295.
c) Made "Soul Burn" to level 300.

I got my expert trophy (evolved 5 of 7) somewhere between a) and b).
I note that the +8 per cent now gave me an effective skill level of
315 after (c).

I then made Strike of the Shissar XV poison until my trophy evolved to
7 of 7 (Peerless Pestle). It took as I remember about 1,200 combines.
I have it wriiten down somewhere, but I think fail rate was about 40 percent.

The point here is; I made the above with vendor purchased items. Your
skill level has to be above 300. With the Peerless Pestle (+ 15 percent),
my skill is now 345. I know of nothing higher at this point in time. I
make any of the poisons with very few failures.

Not sure what's going on, maybe I'm just retarded....and it wouldn't surprise me....

Anyways, just hit Master (300) hailed her, and she said that I've already done it. I only have the trophy for the expert. So I tried to hand it back to the Judge, she said she had no use for it, I tried handing it to the coordinator, she didn't take it either.

Any help?

No, since you already have the Expert Trophy you need to evolve that trophy (it evolves based on successful non-trivial combines). You should be able to evolve your Master Toxicologist Trophy with the lvl65 Strike of the Shissar XI or lvl70 Strike of the Shissar XII, which is all vendor purchased.

Except that you can't make any Strike of the Shissar poisons until they are trivial to you, precisely because they can be made entirely from vendor purchased items, so you have to make poisons with dropped components to evolve your trophy.
