On Aradune server with a 25% xp potion the quest reward was 2.546% xp at lvl 70 (This is with a 10% on the AA slider); coin was 144.375 pp

This is a task (difficulty?) given by Skizz Skazz in The Overthere.
There is a warrior faction nearby that's starting to cause trouble. The information collected on it so far has been meager, but there is enough available to send an infiltration unit to investigate. You need to speak with Villuloz Shellzar so the operation can get started. Step 1 Speak with Villuloz Shellzar in the Lake of Ill Omen. (location?) You say, 'Hail, Villuloz Shellzar' Villuloz Shellzar says 'Thanks for contacting me, _____. Your information on this matter has been most useful.' Step 2 Walk around the theatre in Veksar (up the ramp, then to the right, click on the door graphic and receive "task completed" message). Your task 'Decaying Theatre' has been updated. Step 3 Kill 10 decaying slaves, found in the sewers in the Northeastern corner of Veksar. Your task 'Decaying Theatre' has been updated. Step 4 Hail Jithanderan Runeseeker in Firiona Vie (location +1836, +89, -1.13, just about straight east from Lake of Ill Omen zoneline). Jithanderan Runeseeker tells you, 'Thanks for contacting me, _____. Your information on this matter has been most useful.' Your task 'Decaying Theatre' has been updated. Counting the exp on the mobs, I received a grand total of 45% AAexp. Not bad considering it only took 35-45minutes. Still slower than a lot of places if you're trying to fly through, but figuring I can do this easily solo and only need to kill 10 or so mobs, I can't complain at all. Great task to do while LFG.
Okay after much exploration and rereading of the instructions others have left, I managed to find the theatre. Others have explained the route to run there just fine, but for those who prefer a loc and place on the map: The theatre is the building due East of the pentagon shape in the Very middle of the zone. It's loc is -207, -67.
For those who can't find Villuloz Shellzar in LOIO, he's in the Windmill, which is in the SE corner of the zone.

The theater is ..
If you know where the shop is (see it on the map if not), do not go into the shop.. just climb some fallen supports ..you'll see it just when you pass the shop's entrance (close to where there's a NPC~dont remember name).
Go up those supports and then you'll see 4 mobs, kill'em and click and get close to the door (perhaps even click) ..to finish stage 3.
Then goto the top right (north east) corner of the map, you'll see the tunnles under ground, with some water in'em (old sewers)- that's where you find your frogs

This one is working now. Finally found the theatre which is up the same ledge that "overlooks the shield generator". Task is pretty easy. Did it in as little as 34 minutes by myself, if the right frogs pop.

Same Problem. have completed the task but cannot get the npc to acknowledge.

This guy wont end my task. Everything is done but he just says he is waiting for someone important and wont complete the task. The compass points to him and he is the next item on the task list. I bugged it but has anyone else had this problem as of 2-9-05?

Where is this theatre? I have been over every inch of Veksar, seemingly.

from the room after comming out of the under water tunnel, take the first left, then left again up some stairs to a room with gollums. turn right down the stairs and past a pillar of water. you will have to climb up some fallen supports, and there is a gollum near the base. none of the gollums see invis. the theatre is full of casters, so be carefull. easy to single till you get to the top of the stairs behind the theatre.
