Here is his photo. Behind him is the cliff in FV with the froglok ruins below. He is on the north side of the cliff right next to the Iksar statues.
He is the final turnin mob for the task Drolvarg Invasion, acquired at 38 and done primarily in 35 lizard shroud (Better at soloing drolvargs than my 39 cleric..). I ran around like a crazy lizard trying to find him. Aggroed the entire leech field/froggie area when a frog saw invis on me. Ran them to LOIO zone, came back, and found him ON TOP of the hill, just south of point 3 on EQ Atlas map.
