The A Cht'Thk Ash Beetle is not the only thing that drops the pristine rhino beetle carapace. As a level 15 mage, all the large beetles were green to me, so it was no sweat off my back to have my pet kill any that crossed my path. I just ran a zig-zag pattern across the northeast part of zone and killed every large beetle I saw (or rather, had my poor pet do it for me). I was getting cracked carapaces from all types of beetles and eventually a pristine dropped from a swarmer. I turned this in with 10gp and got my box. YAY!

Bestive is a little Dwarf woman in the shop next to the main bank.
Bestive Farworth is indeed at the location given in posting under her name .... however.... I am location challenged and would have arrived at her side quicker with a bit of landmark description also.
She is located to the south of the bank west of the nexus portal which is not? the main bank in Shadow haven by my reckoning. There are three banks that I have found in Shadow haven. One near the Paladin guild... one west of the nexus portal spires and one in the dwarf area (I forgot to take a location and do not know where I was when I found it...smile...)
When you arrive at the dwarf portion of Shadow Haven (you will see Lookout Bolombo and Lookout Delron) face west. Now the dwarf portion is to your left and the nexus portal is to your right. You will see a door in front of you, just past two vendor stalls. She is behind that door. The bank is one door to the right.

This quest is one of the simplest I have seen and the box is handy with the weight reduction even if it is a small one good newbie quest
