This is for human and half elf warriors who follow Innoruuk.
You say, 'Hail, Brutol Rhaksen' Brutol Rhaksen says 'Oh, hello down there, puny one. I'm Brutol Rhaksen, Commmander of warriors who [serve the Dismal Rage], and that's really all you need to know..for now.' You say, 'I serve the Dismal Rage' Brutol Rhaksen says 'You must become strong to survive amongst the ranks of the Dismal Rage. Take this note to Rolfic Gohar and he will help you get a suit of armor to protect your scrawny hide from the weapons of our enemies. Once you have been properly outfitted return to me and will give you your [next orders].' Rolfic Gohar is outside the Dismal Rage building. Hand him the note. Rolfic Gohar says 'I see now we have similar interests. I will help you get outfitted in an affordable suit of armor to help you in your endeavors. You will need this Mail Assembly Kit to aid you in the construction of the armor. The materials required depend on the armor section you desire to craft. Do you plan to construct a [dismal warrior helm], a [dismal warrior bracer], [dismal warrior gauntlets], [dismal warrior boots], [dismal warrior vambraces], [dismal warrior greaves], or a [dismal warrior breastplate].' You say, 'I want to craft dismal warrior boots' Rolfic Gohar says 'To assemble Dismal Warrior Mail Boots you will need to obtain two bricks of crude iron and smelt them in a [forge] with a Water Flask and this crude Boot Mold. Once that is done combine the Crude Iron Boots with two Ruined Coyote Pelts, and two Dune Spiderling Hairs in the Mail Assembly Kit.' | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Okirin stats arn't current with this item. It's only 5ac not 12. Granted the other stats are correct. sigh .... Looks like dark bronze armor. They really need to fix the drops on the pelts. The BP pelts do drop in fp area but all the other pelts must be obtained in steamfront like stated below. BP pelts dropping non-stop off level 1 mobs ROFL. As for ruined and LQ your best bet is the vally near the druid ring in steamfront. 3 spawn locations in that area that kinda forms a triangle. The other cats in the area are ph's and both the "small coyotes" and the cats (can't recall the exact name) often double pop; ie.. the infamous floating double pop. In about 2 hours there, with a ranger tracking for me, I got 4 ruined and one lq on about 40 kills. I finished the helm as well last night but the stats slip my mind. If you want to see what it looks like send a tell to Kuripan on Kane Bayle. I'll post SS as soon as I finish the set. GL in your questing.

They do not drop in the freeport region but you can however find some over at steamfont.

where these Ruined Coyote Pelts drop?

This pelts do indeed drop in North Ro though coyotes are not a plentiful mob.

I did this quest with my barbarian warrior, only to find out that it is a HUM HEF Warriors only AND it is Deity: Innoruuk only. BAH!!!!
