I got the Yulcabis axe and returned it to Naygog. Yulcabis axe is delay 33 dmg 5 and I can use it. When I gave it to Naygog, I got back "Dull Dark Reflection Axe" which is lore item and can be used in tradeskills. I don't get Plague Warrior Battle Axe.
I am on the Sleeper server.
Any suggestion?

He has failed repeatedly in the tasks assigned to him in the past and has become a burden to the Dark Reflection. Find Yulcabis and slay him. Return to me with the weapon he carries.' Kill Yulcabis in Steamfont Mountains (no faction hit) and loot Yulcabis' Axe. Come back to Naygog and give him the axe. Naygog Mitope says, 'Well done _____. Take this Dull Dark Reflection Axe and sharpen it in a forge with a sharpening stone. It may take several attempts if you are unfamiliar with the process. Once the axe has been sharpened take it to Clockwork SmithXIII with a Coyote Pelt and he will put the finishing touches on the weapon.' Your faction standing with Dark Reflection has been adjusted by 10. Your faction standing with Eldritch Collective has been adjusted by -1. Your faction standing with Gem Choppers has been adjusted by -1. Your faction standing with Deepmuses has been adjusted by -1. You gain experience! Combine the Dull Dark Reflection Axe with a Sharpening Stone in a forge. This makes a Sharp Dark Reflection Axe. In Steamfont Mountains, hunt coyotes until you get 1 Coyote Pelt. Give the Sharp Dark Reflection Axe and the Coyote Pelt to Clockwork SmithXIII in the Ak'Anon mines. Clockwork SmithXIII fashions the coyote pelt into a grip on the shaft of the axe and carves some delicate runes into the blade. 'click... wrrrr... an axe for you sir. Click... wrrr.' Where is this guy?
Location is neg 845, neg 1455 He is tucked into a small fold by mountain and is hard to see if you are hugging the wall but easy if straight on.
