Does anyone know the faction on this Gaurd? My troll is usually tolerated by all of Freeport and e got attacked by this guy. never happened before and have been in Freeport about a few months now. Would appreciate the help. if you know, please post. Thanks!

Just killed him, got the same faction hits as every other guard, so I'm not sure what his problem with you is...
