Updated level range from 11-13 to 20-22 according to Magelo. It appears from the other comments that the level range has been wrong for quite some time.

Conned db to a 26 paladin so yes, the level is off somewhat. Also wanted to mention that there is a creature called a gor taku guardian which isn't listed here, cons DB and is significantly harder to kill than a bruiser, so maybe it's level 24 or so. I killed one and he dropped 3 platinum, which is always walcome. Just FYI...

Level is off alittle bit. Just hit 28 off these guys, all con'd blue at 27, and they still con blue to light blue at 28. Hope this helps anyone looking for info on them.
