I think I may have gotten Corflunk and Zarchoomi to spawn when I wiped out the three brutes. Secondary warning is that Zarchoomi seems to guard your corpse for a while and will attack when you try to retrieve it.

I think they just for newbies to train them to adventure camp. They aggro ppl with pleasure, you see. Shame is that they give faction hits with oggok, altho they ogres themselves. Watch out you ogres out there, cuz they aggro their own kin.

Southeast butcherblock, in an small valley with a tall square tower, there are three of them around it.
if you go almost straight east from dagnor cauldron zone you will find them.
of the three one conned even to a 10 pally, one yellow, and the other red. I used my sk main to kill them instead as the jawbones are not no drop, and the only faction hit for killing them is with "Grobbcitizen" and there is no faction raised for killing them. six kills got 4 jawbones, 2 for my pally and 2 for a fellow paladin also questing them.

They are easily single-pulled, fair experience at 11 and give a very strange faction hit

"Your standing with Grobbcitizen has got worse"

considering they are ogres you would have thought the citizens of Grobb would be happy they were dead.

Drops were two rusty longswords and "Towering Brute Helm" an all/all item but no stats so presumably not equippable, and an "Ogre jawbone"

I wondered about the faction hit myself. The loot they drop is crap. A few copper for the ogre parts and a gold or 2 for the swords. The respawn rate is very slow, too. Around a half hour, I think. Not really worth camping unless you can get xp. They con anywhere from 1-4 levels lower than my 16 warrior, so they are not good xp for me to wait around for the respawn.
