Emissary Oomgado  

Quite possibly one of those worst camps so far. I have no idea how many times I've killed the PH, somewhere in the neighbourhood of 50 at this point if I had to guess. Last mob I need for the achievement and it's making my eyes bleed. To those of you who get this bugger in less than 10 PH kills, you lead a charmed life.

I believe the quantities here are correct- the actual numbers in my logs are twice what I've listed, but I think that double faction is currently in effect (November 12, 2017).

Edit: Found an earlier kill of Emissary Oomgado in my log that had the CotEN faction hit magnitude.

brought my 70 necro - 65 druid - c65 leric into zone to help learn the spawn and to track any spawn updates on the Emissary O.

On the 3 EO spawn he dropped the boots. (Other 2 times minor junk dropped). I saw posted on another web site the drop rate is about 21% so I guess my luck seems to bare that out.

Took about 15 hours so not sure if worth the trouble. But my female Dark Elf Cleric (Merez) level 65 likes the boots and wishes other campers well.

I did notice again sometimes all the lower level named in the castle were missing and would spawn after a while. The 3 light blue roamer winged mobs, not the higher level fixed winged mobs.

I may keep my druid in the zone to see if they turn into wolfs or bats or ?

2 day's of killing PH's for the Mob to spawn and no show so far. Without confirmation of spawn i'd have to say this mob has been secreted away.

Just killed fabled version on Povar. Dropped Fabled boots and regular boots. Nice.

I started camping this guy a couple of weeks ago (about a week before DoD). I spent about 3 hours a day for one straight week chain-killing the PH, and would get him to spawn about once or twice a day. Never did get the boots to drop.

Then after the DoD patch, I've spent an additional 9-10 hours (in total) clearing the PH, and he hasn't spawned once. I'm beginning to wonder if they've removed him from the game. Can anyone confirm a sighting since DoD went live?

Hit me for 30-125, didn't flurry or anything. Has a bit more hp than the generals in the castle and it spawned on the 2nd floor for me. Dropped ruby crown and belt.

This is a pretty much simple camp. The Castle is in Tenebrous Mtns. You can get there either by running it or taking a port to Grimling Forest. The mobs that you will be fighting are UNDEAD! This is a great plus for Clerics with their Undead DD & Dots. In the group I had myself and a Chanter/Warrior who was 2 boxing. The mobs themselves aren't that difficult considering we were level 65. The PH cons Light Blue to a level 65 and so does the named. Just camp the second floor of the Castle. He spawns to the right of the named Vampire there. Above all, BE PATIENT! Took me 3 hours to get him to spawn. Good Luck with your spawn!

Of course these dropped tonight and my Necro (61) cannot use and I'm solo - just figures. They do drop but not if you need them. Only when you cannot use them do they get dropped - lol.

Wazzup,while me and and a friend on kayne bale where plowing through the castle A.K.A cathedral we saw this gimp standing on the right on the ledge 2nd floor friend/ being KoS saw the gimp run and jump out of the window we figured his boot of the whoknowswherethehelliamgoingtoland missfired, my friend being a shammy had the pet outside the window thought the friend was trowing food out the window, and ate it in midair. we hoped like heck he did not drop the sword. If it did it would go in my 100% wait production bag called DESTROY, what dropped of the gimp then was the worst thing to happen, the sword droped i bout wasnt abel to loot it. i thought i could not loot such a gimp item. its sad to see the ph drops better crap. this guy was boring. his best loot is swirling shadow. when we arrived on the battle scene, we found this fool with his dress pulled over his head faced down in the dirt

his placeholder is the coterie general on the second floor that is to the right when you get up the stairs.
