I often see him in the 2nd hall with the big Statue on the backwall when you go straight ahead from entrance. I guess he spawns there.

Drops a no rent item called Akius xi ans Vius, I have absolutely no idea what it's for. It has no stats, it's not magic, not lore, just no rent.
