I found one today while i was being bored. Not too hard, soloed with a 67 cleric. The pain is that they cast shadow step often, so casters be aware. I would guesstimate they had about 5-7k hp. they aren't hard, just anoying as all hell.

The drop is called "Thulian Wand". I've sent in a picture of it since it's not in the database yet, though Lucy lists it under items with the Cazic Portal effect. I think it might be more interesting than it sounds, because the item window claims the casting time is Instant. If true, it would make it an insta-click group port, which could be pretty useful! (I've never been to ToCT so I don't know if the port-in spot is dangerous.)
My wizzy is only 36, so he can't try it out (req level 45). Maybe someone else can confirm or deny the insta-cast?

Is it just me, or does verant seem to like these floaty black clothened flying mystical thingies of death a lil too much? They have different names yay, but heck, what about the boogeyman in PoF. That is pathetic don't you think? They need to lay off the constant NPC look-a-likes. Well....that's just my opinion.

ive done plane of fear 5 times now and still havn't seen one of these guys, anyone know if they drop anything and where they spawn?
Yeah thats a phantasm i mean a phantasm is suposed to be something that looks nice but isint realy. thats what these should be look all nice and stuff and when they attack POW they transform into a bad *** specter.

responcible for alot of deaths, considering when they hit you, they have a chance of procing a teleport on you, random in zone port

I don't think that answers the good man's question..... Here we go again with the people that think they're better than everyone else. He said nothing about what they looked like. Don't berate someone for asking a question. He sees a sceptre in its hands and figured it was going to drop it.

This mob uses a Spectre skin. He IS responsible for death, trust me.. What does he drop?

In my opinion (wich doesn't really matter at lvl 12) they are the COOLEST looking ******'s in the game!
