I was passing through on my way to Gunthak and decided to kill a couple Kobolds on my way there, On the second one i killed "A Savage Kobold" dropped a nice little item called "Forlorn Totem of Rolfron Zek"

Conned blue to my 18 ranger.
I'm a lvl 16 Druid and some of these conned blue to me.
I would guess that thier range is 15 to 23, because I think in one of the camps I saw some that were red to me. Can't remember for sure. But I was DEFINATELY killing blue ones.
