Yes, please update this. It's very difficult for a young monk to find lightweight bags, this really throws off the filter. ;)
For light weight bags, tailor some. The tailored large bags are 0.8, 6 slots, and 10% WR.

Better still, head off to NK gypsy camp and buy a 'Concordance of Research' for about 10pp. 0.2wt, 6 slot. More efficient to carry those <0.2 wt items.

Or hand in a Greater Lightstone (off willowisps) to get it free from one of the merchants
Yes, the DE smith (T'vysa?). Also if you're a non-iksar monk, I bet the North Karana gypsy camp is more likely to receive you well, and one of the ladies there (Mrysila) gives the same quest(s).
Greater lightstone for concordance and exp, regular lightstone for a junky book and exp.
The Concordance sells for about twice as much as a GLS so that quest is a money-maker. It's better to sell regular lightstones; the book they yield is worth less than 1 gold. Some do the lightstone quest for the experience, which is decent for level 10 and beyond.
