Respawns are about 30mins, respawn came up placeholder twice.
Unsure if he always spawns there or if he rotates spawns.
Shortest way there is:
Enter zone from Dreadlands.
Fight through the first building, or go around the side of it and use the land along the edge of the zone to levitate across the water to the second bridge.
Enter the main building. Fight your way left (north).
Drop down the well in the first room after entering the building.
Follow the water south, in the door on your left just before the end of the hall.
Fight north to the steps down. North-West corner of the room right after the steps is where he was.

Got him to spawn again today, 5p 6g 11s 13c (this time not split) and Jarsath Scale Vambraces. Also, he was along the south wall of the room this time, so his spawn is not fixed, however it may be confined to that room.
Again: 6.7.10.15 not split, Iksar Berserker Club and peridot. In first spot I found him.
Again: (didn't pay attention to money this time, sry) Jarsath Scale Vambraces only, 2nd spot. (I have been cleaning out all the mobs in that room, the one behind it, as well as the room above it for each round of respawns, but so far he has stayed in that room)
Again: 2.5.10.12; Jarsath Scale Vambraces; Bone Chips; Exquisite Gem Dusted Rune. This time he was in the 3rd spawn of that room, in the north-east corner.
After a long break, again: 4.6.24.4; Jarsath Scale Vambraces; Bone Chips. This time instead of being downstairs, he was on his own around to the right, where you would otherwise go left to get to the stairs, so his spawns are most certainly randomized throughout that basement area.
Again: 4.7.12.15; Mrylokar's Gift (Item Link). Was in the hidden room in the back, down the stairs in the back room.

yeah. He is not where it says on brewalls, especially when using height filters. He is under that..below it, look at the final coordinate...the height.

Yep, I just got him in this area too. The funny thing about looking for this mob, and where he was listed on Brewells and Goode's maps, I actually had an undead jailer spawn in that errant spot. If you camp the two rooms where the OP is saying you will cover a couple of different hunter mobs. Enjoy!!
22 minute spawn time this location spawned lot faster than others i was using thanks last mob i needed here.
Just dropped him a min ago, here is what I see...
Spawns in sewers, not far from the entrance to them. He's in a big room, spawned on us over one of the elevated bricks.
Slow, Root, & Mez landed fine on him so he probably doesn't have big MR.
If you cleared entire camp in 1 shot and this guy spawns, your tanks could be wasted.
Yellow to a 47 Enc.
Common drop is club, seems to have it every time we dropped him.
Careful IF he has club, he will hit hard and proc often (Must have high DEX).
Dropped a 51 Ranger & 49 SK with ease with 2 other adds, careful when engaging.

He must spawn on top floor somewhere, or lese my puller is amazing. We camped in right moat spot, and the skelly that drops this agroed my puller, with club in hand. With 3 skellies we almost didnt make it, but we killed all, a Bard won the roll, and i had to talk him into trading me. BUt, after camoing Kurns tower, and killing jester 3 times, i was happy to see this drop so quick and easy for me.

Killed him tonight. He droped a shield that was for iksar only and no drop. No iksar in group, had to let it rot. Dont recall the name of it though.

Anyone who camps this guy for the club should really consider just getting on their alt and camping the undead jester. I was,however,happy with the boots, a fairly nice drop. I hope in the future that if i indeed camp either of these, they will drop the club.
I'd really like to meet you. A person who can stay awake for more than 500 hours.....I'd love to learn how.

Level is at least 3-4 levels off, he doesn't summon so he can't possibly be above 50.

Sniff, Sniff... And I was sooo happy with my Wurmslayer that I finally quested yesterday that is 25/40... LOL.
This is getting crazy... We are soooo used to twinking that everything looks crapy to some people. A 25/47 is a fine weapon for any untwinked, unaided, not powerleveled 47 character.
And if you dont believe me ask the first batch of EQ players what did they wear and used when they were 40/50 lvl 2 years ago.

A 25/47 (Ratio of 1.88) 2-handed weapon sucks, unless you're a Monk, then I don't know, seeing as I'm not well-versed in Monk 2HB's. Though, for a two-handed oriented (Shadowknight, Paladin) class, this sucks horribly. If you wanted a 2-hander, then you could buy a BABS (Blackened Alloy ******* Sword, 24/39, ratio of 1.625) for 50pp (Average low price at the Bazaar on Tarew Marr), or a M2H (Mithril 2-Hander, 21/30.5, ratio of 1.45 after the built-in 31% haste) for 250pp and get a MUCH better deal than this. Unless you're a Monk, in that case I dunno, because like I said above, I don't know much about Monk 2HB's. Though I do suspect that you could find a better deal.
Anyways, yes, this sucks. And yes, for a Pally, a Wurmy isn't very good either. You should've spent your time on a 2HS, not a 1HS. I made the same mistake, too, and started out with 1HS and let me tell you, I'm paying for it! Even with my M2H, one of the fastest 2HS weps in all of Eq prior to a FBSS, it is slow going with my skill. Switch to 2HS before it is too late!

Bit of apples to oranges here - a 25/47 2hs might not be very good, but a 25/40 1hs is pretty damn good imo, especially if you have haste items - with fbss (I'm guessing 20% haste), my shoddy math skills work that out to be a 25/32 delay (40 * 0.8 = 32), which I have been very very happy with for about 15 levels. Hits vary between 60 and 100 for me at lvl 47. I do agree though that pallys need to keep 2hs maxed over 1hs.

Found him in the basement, we didnt go to depp, you will need to find that our for yourself. Chanter and cleric had their work cut out for them in their.
