Yep, they do drop velium hound fur, just killed one and he dropped it :-)

These have a great drop rate of Velium Hound Fur. Rangers just snare/fear kite... eays and nice exp after awhile.
On tribunal furs sell 1-1.5k peace, so nice money maker. :) (I do it on my fee time)
