After spending countless hours there, I have compiled a list of what has dropped so far. I will update as I find more info. Enjoy!

So my i got bored with my 52 pally today... decided to do the ice shackle quest. There i am, wandering my way through WL, armed with KEI (as any smart soloing pally should) when i see some flying mass... "Ah, those dang flying monkeys" i think... So i go up, deal with the bugger, kill him, etc. They aren't all that bad to take on. As long as you put up your magic resist, keep stunning and bashing (using bash, Force, and Holy Might every so often) you should be okay. Just keep landing hits and you'll be good- they take damage like an orc (i was using my Mace of the Fallen Crusader and Sarnak shield). The big nukes may be a pain when they land (and yes, they will) but just make good use of the stun times to use one of your heals (the LOY heals are great for these situations). The problem comes when the little buggers decide to tag team or even triple team you. There is only so much that one pally can take, after all. At this point is when that Divine Aura helps (if Lay on Hands is already used) and you just hightail your butt out of there... ah, and that's when the run3 or SoW helps tons. Don't be too proud to run- there's nothing like not being able to get a port to WL cuz of Wuoshi being up or having to do taht long from from GD through Kael just to get a corpse you may take an hour to find. All in all, be careful, don't let yourself get overrun (stun, root, pull and separate, kill target, heal, kill the rooted if they're still rooted), and you'll be okay.
MYAHAHAHAHAH SWEET VICTORY IS MINE!!! ALL MINE!!! After nearly 5 hours of camping these stupid flying monkeys *cough*Wizard of Oz ripoff*cough*, I was gonna call it quits. My 55 Cleric Guild friend and my 45 Rogue were partnering these guys fairly easily, but it got old real fast. So about an hour before this post was written, I said 10 more monkey boys and I'm calling it a nite, due to adds that number ended up being about 13-15. But anywho...I said "Okay these are the certain last 5", on mob #4 (that's the second to last one), I drearly right clicked the corpse of the overgrown monkeydragon hybrid. There before my eyes was the most beautiful thing ever... a Strong Wooden Branch!!!!! Victory feels 100x times better than normal, especially when you consider I was gonna log off afer the next kill!!! So now all I gotta do is turn these in, kill that walrus, talk to the gnoll, take chapter p to Ami, then take the pirate book to Niham the Cook, and I will have Ice Forged Shackles!!
I keep on hearing people saying that their resistances wern't high enough to solo the holegreshes, but no one has said what their resistances were. So what should i have for my fire and magic resistances to be able to solo them? My ranger is currently lvl 49 and i need to get the strong stick for the ice shackle quest.
Ok, I just dinged 39 a few days a go (already halfway through P) and I'm thinkin of gettin wandering mind off these guys, but I've heard bbaaadddd things about em (my guild leader tried em and got owned). How many ppl should I bring? What ones? and what lvls? I really need that spell and the mojo sticks would be nice too P ThAnKs In AdVaNcE ^_^
Good luck all trying to get the strong branch for the ice forged shackles quest..they are quite rare. Me and a bud was doing it yesterday.the guts were no problem off the raptors but the strong branches are a pain...we killed about 200 of em and finally got 2 branches.1 for each of us. We just killed the ones outside the cave as inside was a death trap for just the 2 of us..took us all day but we did get a few spells (chiling embrace, wandering mind, etc.)and a few beads..( 1 w/ grim aura and small resists and 1 w/ resists and effect identify)..all in all was worth it, the shackles are very nice but just gotta have patience...good luck)
These suckers ALWAYS get stuck under the world if you try and pull from the cave. I've tried to go here twice and its happened. Next thing you know the Elder nuking you and they also melee double hits for 50 or so hp damage a pop.
If you're a group of high 40s I'd suggest being full if you try to camp them. You need a bard for MR, chanter to mez, tank to interupt, healer and nuker to kill em ASAP.
And the benefits here are not experience. The benefits lie in the fact they drop some rare, but nice, level 39 spells such as Wiz IVU and the mage Shard of Core, which sell very well in the Bazaar...good way to get rich here.
Contrary to belief the Elementalists and Conjurers do drop spells. I just got Shard of Core off a Conjurer the other day and sold it for 400 pp in the bizare to the hungry mages.
I'm a 35 Ranger atm and I started doing the quest I already have the guts. Yes you can melee them I did with a 45 SK and a 45 Druid healer. We killed around 20 of them and they only droped the sticks (not the quest stick) runes and a sk spell I think. I will be back to kill them again very soon but u can melee them easy just bring a healer with you if you want to live.
These suckas are badaassess. The problem is they cast like Billy-O and you seem to rarely hit them with melee. I'm a level 50 Ranger and when trying to fight em I alkways turn and run. The fight lasts maybe 30 secs, in that time I only hit em for maybe 300hp dmg which seems to be just over half their hp so they dont have much. The prob is tho that they cast on you for anything up to 250ish and dont seem to get interrupted. High Magic resist is the way, then their gravy.

These things also drop a "strong branch" or something along that line. This is for the ice forged shackle quest in Iceclad. You need strong guts looted off of tigerraptors and more commonly off of tigersaurs to complete the quest.
That should help those of you that turned in a mojo stick and thought "WTF!!! Why didn't that enraged walrus spawn?"

Tried just camoing em right in cave. Seemed to be best way to avoid them getting stuck while pulling. Dont know if all of them can teleport back to bind point, but the elder's sure can.
Any suggestions on pulling or killing them to keep them from getting stuck? Since they can cast on you, can't you cast back at them? I heard you couldn't melee them under the world but you could smack them with a spell.
The location of the Holgresh cave is -3400, +2000. Be careful fighting here, sometimes they get stuck in the floor and can attack and cast whilst u can do nothing. It's good idea to have SoW so you can get away when this happens. BTW the GM's don;t ackowledge this as a bug so if you die this way don't think your going to get any help.
The same thing happened to me today about the mobs being under the floor and I petitioned. The guide said there was a number of them under the world and he ended up clearing them so they would spawn in their correct spot.
