I find "a merchant - raid merchant" but he offers none of these items. Looked and looked. The map location & direct link are too small to read names.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to do raid progression in order to see items on the raid merchants of most recent expansions.

Also sold are ll of the Tsaph Katta ornamentations. They all cost 44 each, except for the Chest & Legs, which are 76 each.
