In the heroic adventure "In defense of health" Putrid Brute spawned on top of my group as soon as the 3rd step was completed. My group was level 101, Putrid Brute conned red, hit for 55k max, rampages, enrages, and does not see through Shroud of Stealth.

No screen shot, but as a HA named he is red con to the highest level in the zone, other drops can include the following items his location is about 1793.34, 1023.85, -27.36 and his appearance is the same Virulent Brutes and the whistle will work on this named so it's an easy fight if you get him on that mission like I did.
