climb the ladders up to the top shrink on the last one its easier and jump to landing. Turn behind you and you eill see another red feild take it and you are dropped back at ent of tower

u go into the tower then u turn right into the pulsing red field
it ports u to the top of the tower
u turn right go down the stairs till u arrive at the bottom

where is this guy?
As you enter the shaman guild, walk through the red flashing walls on either side of the entrance. This puts you upstairs, facing south. Turn left (east) and go down the 4 or 5 ladders to the bottom floor of the east tower. Then go north and he'll be in the large room on the left hand side.

He is below the shaman guild take the ladders down. there are two sides, cant remember but he is in the dungeon below the shaman guild. Walk through the porters on the wall on the first floor, this will take you up top, then go outside and go right i think and take the ladders all the way down to dungeon
