And she just spawned in the one I am doin!. Tunare server on 9/30/18. She was at the very top of one of the remaining towers. Dropped a blue diamond, tearstained love letter and armor of dark rage.

This named also has a chance (not sure if it's guaranteed or not, heh) to drop Tearstained Love Letter for the achievement Piecing Together History.
