Commander Galenth is found in both the static version of the Ethernere Tainted West Karana and in the instanced versions of "The Doomscale Horde" (see this quest entry for details about the group version and this quest entry for details about the raid version).

He is also the main encounter in the event "The Defense of Lendiniara" (see this quest entry for details about the group version and this quest entry for details about the raid version).
