Dropped Ring of Retort, Fear Washed Leggings & a Glowing Dreadmote. All of these named "Gladiator's" appear to have a chance, though Very Rare to drop Rings, fear washed armor & dreadmotes. I have killed this particular guy at least 60 times now and have only ever seen 1 dreadmote drop, ring of retort 2 times, fear washed leggings 2 times. All other times he dropped vendor fodder and nothing else. It's just a matter of the RNG loving you or not. Btw you can pull this little guy from in the middle of everything and nothing else will add with him. Shissars don't like gnomes I spose.
If you are camping these Gladiators for Dreadmotes, you may wanna go buy yourself some scratch-off lotto tickets as well. Better luck on those I think.
