he is a non caster/non gater, easily soloable by 56 druid, must fire de-buff to get fire based dots/nukes to land, landed snare after 3 tries, runs at 55% to 58% run speed, so just about mid level sow. about 12k Hps
Lol, i guess people just about had it. this guy was camping the FM zone and everyone had just had enough. Everyone in the zone was on this guy Lol! he didnt last very long, was sweet revenge >8D
Now don't get me wrong, I hate Goons as much as anyone else. But if they weren't in OT then it would be a lame zone. Every zone should have a major danger in it. With no goons, OT would be a lvling paradise. I've been killed up to 4 times in session by Goons, so I know the pain. It would be nice if Verant could take away their SoW though. Maybe on Legends there aren't any Goons in OT... that'd make it worth da 30 bones/month :)

The one that probably conned yellow at 35...was probably the High Priest. I watched a lvl 40 warrior solo him the other day, with a heal or 2 from a druid that was watching

I killed one of these chaps and they dropped an Imbued Dark Ember Sphere - neck item, no drop, lore, and ac 5. I cant find anything on this item. Any ideas?

What's funny is that you people argue how hard the goons hit without even taking into consideration what class of character you have. Obviously, classes with lower armor class and agility are gonna get wacked alot harder by the goons.

I wouldnt advise trying him at 38 lol. Me,57 monk and 54 sk and 55 magi took him fairly easy but they hit hard and fast and conned blue to me at 57. Dont know lvl but id guess 50 about right, but guards always undercon.

I am new to Overthere and I was doing a little research. I have been killed by the Dragoons before & I read that if I turn in sanark braids that it will raise my faction with them. Where do I turn them inn when I get them and where can I find that person?

These guys are on Neriak faction, so you should be ok if you're ok in Neriak

I don't remember the name of the faction, but its definately not Neriak. I am a Dark Elf Necro, and I was looked at indifferently by all Outpost dwellers when I first got to OT. My Neriak brothers look at me amiably, of course.
btw, if you aren't KOS in the Outpost you can turn in Sanark Braids to raise your faction there. They all look at me amiably now :)

they're IndigoBrotherhood faction, which is the warrior guild in Neriak. When they kill something, they say some stuff like "Another victory for the Indigo Brotherhood"

All outpost mobs are on Venril Sather faction. My DE necro is amiable to old world dragoons like Zytle in WCommons and the goons in the Neriak warrior guild, but I'm indifferent across the board in the outpost.

Don't kid yourself... these fellas are nasty. Full health (and maxed defense/reasonable armor) this guy hit me while I was in a group pulling to the FM tunnel. Right off the bat he *quads* for 173 a pop (*3 w/1 dodge = me almost dead) I got three steps and he bashed me for 57, stunned and while he whiffed once the next double attack made paste outta me. That's a 33rd level Druid with full cleric buffs turned into a wolfskin rug in two rounds of attacks. The rest skated to FM by a whisker but dammit, these boys deserve some respect.

Brutal? He was only hitting me(38 Barb Warrior)for single 86's...I started to fight him and was doing ok til his buddies showed up and the rest of the group zoned. I'll let you know how I do next time I get to tangle with him without the General and his pet around :)

This SoB and a few of his dipsh@t buddies thought it would be funny if they jumped me while I was pulling to the ledge. I put up a good fight, and didn't go out like a punk but, needless to say to lost. He hits in the 130's range and hits very fast. Big Tough Dragoon fighting PC's 8+ levels lower than you....yeah whatever. Mark these words you ^$%^$^ I WILL KILL YOU !!
