Spells cast during Confronting Your Fears:
Cold Snap every 35s. Did not see Glacier Fall in my logs as the task description suggests.
During Defeat Zeixshi-Kar he is more difficult, as follows:
He has a ton of hp, single target rampages. Max hit on a 100 Paladin with all def aa, 8800 ac and no discs running was ~25k. Typical hits were 9-13k. Casts the following:
Sweeping Tail every 15s. Max damage 17550. Seemed to be avoidable by staying to the side/front.
Wing Buffet every 30s. Max damage 12350.
Crystallizing Fear every 45s.
Also there was a dispel effect, so junk buff clickies are useful.

Zeixshi-Kar
NPC, non-quest
Zeixshi-Kar factors heavily in the Rain of Fear expansion and is found in every occurrence of the updated Eastern Wastes zone.
In the static zone, he lies dormant under the purple shard crystal in the zone's south.
He is fought in the group mission "Confronting Your Fears" (see this quest entry for details) as well as the zone's second group mission, "Defeat Zeixshi-Kar" (see this quest entry for details).
In addition to the group zones, he is also the main encounter in the "Zeixshi-Kar's Shard" raid expedition (see this quest entry for raid details).
