In Crystal Caverns: Uncommon spawn in the geonid tunnel that leads to the Eastern Wastes.
In Crystal Caverns, Fragment of Fear: Known to spawn from the very last spawn in the geonid cavers to the southern zone-out. "Dazzle" is cast on random targets. Every 20 seconds, this mob causes a cave-in (places random gems in player inventories). 10 seconds after this happens, it checks for these gems and hits players with an attack based on what gem they have.

Been clearing a while now named spiders and other named in this general area .. while waiting on the tainted tentacle .. and this guy I’ve seen ONLY once ..I’ve seen at least 7 “focus gems†that’s clearing for two weeks off/on ... killed queen spider 4 times and well other named in this general area ..but this guy is somewhat rare .. but not as bad as “tainted tentacle†... FYI even after server reset on wed morning this guy and tainted tentacle still not up ..
Confirmed 2 exact spawn locations.
One is the very last static geonid at the top of the tunnel by the exit.
The other is the 3rd static mob down, /loc -597, -63, -199.

also found in the tunnel at -589,-159,227, so maybe all of them are PHs

This mobs corpse can disappear (with no credit or xp) if you group are under dazzle / Mez effect (acts like a link dead) and its killed by a merc / dot
