Mystic Dovan is only up at night. If you get there in the day time, there is a Captain Nedar in his spot. Captain will depop at 7 PM game time and Mystic will spawn at 8 PM.

He spawns RIGHT next to Warlord Hikyg, at loc p2641, p3028, p44, who stands on 2nd floor in a balcony.

He seems to kos ench's in iksar form. perhaps because I am not agnostic and they strongly like thule. use caution

Scaled Mystics hates worshippers of non-evil deities (this includes agnostics) and especially hates pure casters (other than necromancers). So looking like an iksar won't help you... being an enchanter is enough to get you killed by these guys no matter what you look like. Best just avoid shamans, beastlords... and Crusader Quarg (in FoB) who despite being a SK is also on the shaman faction.

Could this also be because the Enchanterer epic quest involves killing rather a lot of the Shaman Guild members to get one of the quest items ? Verant never likes to make epic quests easy !

I have yet to kill a single iskar--Outcast or otherwise, and I got wasted by this guy....

Enchanters are not kos in iksar illusion except to shamans. But you can change your faction quiet easily. Just get a sheet load of bone chips and do bonechip quest in fob while in illusion iksar =D

If you're not a worshipper of Cazic Thule, Innoruuk, Rallos Zek, or Bertoxxulos, you can hand in all the bone chips you like and still will be KOS to Scaled Mystics. If you do follow an evil deity, enough bone chips will get you on their good side, but otherwise best just avoid anyone on the shaman factiob.

um you can get to indifferent to the scaled mystic, at least my chanter is w/o illision,

not attacking since this is an old post just posting info
