The scorpion, decaying skeleton, mosquitoes, a pygmy barracuda, a swamp leach, a giant swamp leach, a barracuda, and an Iksar outcast are all found in a secret tunnel in Cabilis East. I strongly recommend hunting there in the low levels, especially if you are a monk. You can bank and sell right outside this tunnel. The way you get in it is you jump into the water. Then you swim to the east end of the lake. You should find a tunnel there with barracudas and pygmy barracudas. In this tunnel you will find I believe 5 different places you can jump up and fight. Jump out of the water in the fourth one. Then follow a one way path till you reach the fifth one (you cannot jump into the fifth one for some reason). Here you should find the room. There is another secret room if you walk into one of the walls. When you want to sell/bank, just jump into the water and swim out.
once you get in How do yoi get back out? Im to scared to jump in the hole if I cant get out

ok i killed several of the giant leaches no bloodsack, good xp decent loot for level if u can get out alive

how do you safely get down to the maze below the shaman's guild?
The easiest way is to take the E. tower from the main guildmasters and follow the stairs all the way down. Be prepared to drop into the pit (up to like 120hp dam sometimes). Down at the very bottom there is a room filled with debris and a rune on the wall. Walk through the rune, and you are in another room. There are 2 spawns in the room and one wandering. As you come in the room and turn right, the spawn on the left always eventually spawns the Iksar Outcast for the Shaman Skull #1 quest. He will drop all 3 skulls eventually. Rare spawns are Iksar Outcast, and a Giant Leech.

1st u duck and walk to the ledge in the hole thing then fall it will safe some damage if ya r a smammy buff yer self even if ya r a necro i was a necro i used minor sheild and i made 1st jump then i hade to choose a path i chose the 1 to the right and i made it :note heal before doin second jump

im in this kunark place im lvl 5 iskar shadow knight and im tellin ya i cant find one leech anywhere in east west or swamp of no hope it suxs ***

Cabilis East? Only in the maze below the Shaman's guild. Who would put a newbie dungeon under a 75 foot drop anyway?
