a rare creature
Spawns as a roamer around location /location 145, -1135 (the mob that walks along "on the wall" in this area is one known PH). This is north of Interrogator Gallectes spawn location (in the "belly" among the catapults).
Note: His self-buff is dispellable.

Make sure you have a caster in your group that can cast Annul Magic or something similar (more powerful?). Once he has been debuffed you can DPS him down like nobody's business. My group (me=shammy, rogue, my friend=monk, rogue, and healer and tank merc) tried him without prior knowledge that he had the shield buff and ended up dying solely because of a stupid beserker add. We rezzed and rebuffed and during that time I tried the Annul Magic trick and behold, he was nothing once his buff was down. Dropped Heraldy of the Gods and a minor alaran cantrip if i remember correctly. Just remember, Annul Magic cancels this mobs Perfect Defense buff. He'll use it a couple times throughout the fight as well fyi. Overall, easy peasy lemon squeazy.

Can dispel his shield. The shield he seems to keep up the whole fight if its not dispelled. Only melee suffer with shield up, dots like from a necromancer or shaman eat him up quickly...
loc ( -400 x -1100 ). thats in the southwest area of the pit ( belly?) near where shards of battle is supposed to spawn ( thats what I was trying for)

His ph walks along the top of the wall separating the named caster area from the final mob in the catapult's area. He has a shield buff that absorbs a ton of damage and recasts it frequently, you need to dispel it.

Spawned static at the bottom of the ramp at -103, -988, -405. PH respawned as "a plated berserker." Dropped Rustic Footwraps of Argath in addition to items already listed.
Dropped Sliver of the Shieldbearer's Shield for me today.
