The warden does indeed invis himself. I was campin the room today and had cleared everything out of it when I just happen to be looking at the wall between the empty cell and troll prisoner. The warden popped and immediately began to cast invis on himself. My pet got to him before he got it off and he dropped the gloves. I am not sure if he aggro's on anyone attacking any of the other Froglok's but if he doesnt, have a see invis spell with ya otherwise you will never know he is there.

The one and only time I came across the warden i stepped into his room just in time to watch him dissappear with the usual invis spell graphics going off. don't know if he cast it or maybe the shaman in the room did but i didna think they would have invis at their level. Sit, mem deadeye, cast, sure enuff i didna imagine it there he was invised standing by wall. Bit of a walk-over to kill him as a 34 lvl SK. So anyone unable to find this nasty incarcerator maybe hes there you just can't see him.

Anyone tried giving the Troll-Hide Belt to the Troll Prisoner?? I know the poor prisoner won't respond to anything, but maybe this will do.
OK, first off, all the plans and details given to break this room are non-sense - I've got a 30 troll SK and there's usually one light blue and one dark blue. The dark blue is the guy who hangs out next to the empty cell and the light blue is usually on the "tower" - occasionally the guy on the tower cons dark blue as well, but rarely.
To clear the room, hug the wall up to the empty cell door and open it - the guy next to it will aggro - go into the cell and no-one will help him - I keep my back against the wall and he's only made it out the door once. Then I climb the tower, fight the two up there, the green will usually run - that can get dangerous sometimes, but as stated, a root or snare takes care of him. Then you just clean the frogs out of the room one at a time - at 30 none of them helped each other and none of them proved to be a problem.
The Warden hasn't popped for me yet - he seems to be even rarer then the squire - will post how that fight goes.

I have been to Upper Guk and have explored the whole area it seems. Being a high enough lvl and having invis, i didn't have to worry about agros while i wandered around the zone. I found the ramp room, i found the fungus farm, and i still cant find the way to get to the Warden. Is there an easy way to get to him that is straight forward?

Getting To The Room
Camped the Warden as a 27 Rogue with a 30 Ranger friend. Tried to go the "water" route from the Innothule entrance (i.e. going right), this is a bad idea. Don't do this if you are below 30, many frogs will aggro you and cause a train.
The best way to go is through the Ramp Room. There is most likely going to be someone camping the squire for the Runed Bone Fork. We quickly befriended the lvl 40 Troll Warrior that was camping him. He showd us the way to the squire. I went to the room un-invis, so a huge load of frogs aggroed me on the bridge. This is really annoying. The warrior took them out though, and we made our way to the room.
The Warden Room
The Warden room is kind of circular room with a high ceiling. There is a high platform in the middle of the room, on top of which there are two spawns. These can be ton or gaz knights, warriors, or shamen, or can be a shin shaman. You need to kill these. Very Important. If you are breaking the room, These will be a real pain in the rear, as they run to their friends on the bridge to get healed. Some of the more aggresive frogs will join the fight, other low-lvls will just heal. I highly recommend bringing a ranger or druid along for these purposes. If you don't have one, rogue's can use SBDs for snaring.
If the room isn't broken, be prepared for a fight. 4+ frogs at the beginning, including the warden or a PH, and yes they will get help from their friends. If the room is broken (The warrior had also been killing the warden) then lower level characters could also take the room. You really must have a snarer. I can't stress this enough.
For snaring characters goin solo, I would say bare minimum level 34. My ranger friend had big problems by himself. For groups, a group consisting of a tank, a healer, a snarer, and possibly an enchanter in the mid to upper 20's could handle this place fine.

The Warden is a difficult fight. He hits for 49 max. He spawns just outside the "safe" room, an empty cell. His PH is a froglok ton knight, I believe. We killed him three times, all needing the help of the warrior to control adds. He dropped the belt both times, the gloves once.

hes a rogue, notice both drops are ROGUE and bard only and when not killed for a while, he will go hide, aka invis some just like *** in L guk will

Myself lvl 28 bard and my friend lvl 40 necro camped this for fun.inside there are 4 cells 3 which have troll prisoners in em the forth cell is empty.there is a small tower witch 2 frogs spawn usually a knight and shaman and on the wall another knight and last his ph(plus 2 cheap crocs in the water moat type thing)im not even sure we were in the right room but several people said we were.The belt is rare but i dont think the gloves are.lol we camped this place the whole night..slaughtering everything.lol after being mad because he wouldnt spawn we thought maybe the trolls need to stay alive in order for him to spawn.I gave up during the night but my friend said he showed up later and he looted the belt and gloves(not at once of course)

This guy is a warrior type, on one wall to his right there is usually a warrior, in the tower ahead of him is usually shaman, but these can change. When I was camping Runed Bone Fork, i camped this, and the fungus mutant, he is located between them when i was running to and from the mutant and squire. He has a high MR i think, resisted my root 3 times at level 36. Any hoo, try to kill any shaman that spawns in there and no one else will join in.

what else is in the room besides the warden? exactly what type of mobs spawn here? necro's warrior's? as a level 35 monk I can almost certainly take out the warden solo but I need info )

to get to warden you most kill alot
of frogloks thats around 17-24
and warden is not always spawn
you most kill a froglok Dont remeber the name on it to get warden spawn
but if you are in a group with 6 18-20
you can get warden easy !

The Warder spawns invis... You must have see invis in order to even camp this guy. He is lvl 25 and goes down like a chump

How often does the belt drop? I dont wanna blow my faction in Upper Guk.

i think that the troll hide belt is the rarest loot, not sure but seems so, as its the most expesive. if you really want one and want to keep faction too, buy one.
