I was hunting near EC zone in WC close to path. (to the right as you zone in from EC) I saw this NPC way to the right of me right at edge of zoneline close to the wall.
Being a necro and follower of CT I conned to be sure if I happened over near her I would not be killed. She was indiff so I cont my fight even pulled a bear from right in front of her looked like he was trying to kill her. I was in this location for several hours and she never moved the entire time. Not sure why she was so far away from her know spot.

ok,heres what happened to me the other day. i've spent a couple RL hours porting around with my good dru friend getting and doing the requirements for the burning rapier quest. i got all the beers and what not, and when its time to pay her a visit...lo and behold! i see a group of newbs camping outside the hut. i thought this strange and went in oblivious. to my surprise, shes not there. i walk away puzzled, and decide to go see if the d.elf spawned in wfp. i came back a little while later and to my surprise, i found her!...being attacked viciously by a group of newbs. at first i thought it amusing, being a merchant, she gave bad exp, and no loot. then i realized that they were impeding the development of my quest. i asked them if i could talk to her b4 they killed her next, they said no, you wont ks our camp. ?? now i was a little annoyed, after telling them about my use for her in the quest. they didnt respond. after numeruos requests went un-replied, i walked away disgusted.the moral to this story is, go away and leave her alone! shes important for the BR quest which is a part of the rog particle ( i.e. epic )quest. so go fight in oasis or something. many rogues will thank you.

Hey, they want the camp, they can have the camp. Being a quest mob she's going to be much more difficult for her level than another mob, and generally yeild less-than-stellar experience and money. But if people insist on wasting their time on her, then there's not much you can do about it.
Well, there is one thing. You can invoke the PnP, say you want to "share" the camp, and when they do, you can get your quest bits done then leave her for the voracious newbies. Despite what people think, you are obligated to share a spawn if someone asks you to, and if you call in a GM he or she will back you up on this (though will often hand out a solution that nobody's happy with, so be warned.) On the other hand, since you just want her for her questiness, and she doesn't despawn, I imagine a GM will readily agree to helping you out in this case.
Always try to use reason first (hey, I only need to give her something, she won't despawn, you can kill her then. Besides, she's worth crap loot and experience, I have no idea why you want her.) If they refuse to listen to reason, invoke force. It may take some time, as GMs generally don't respond instantly, but generally speaking its at least an option.
Of course, on the other hand, because she is indeed not worth good exp or loot, she's certainly not camped 24/7. I'm sure you can get to her at some point.

This is what PVP servers are good for, if you were on one, you could simply blast thoes n00bs to kingdom come. 'Nuff said

She's not for experience. In fact, being a merchant she will not give you any experience or loot. Read post below about rogue quest she's related to. BTW, this quest must be done as part of the Rogue epic as well.

She is easly killed I had a gorup 15 necro 14 war and 15 mage she was gone in no time

Don't know about exp. but she killed me when I conned even and resisted my snare spells. She seems to have high mg. resistance, but low fire as she fell for all my flame licks.

i know that she is a merchant but it also says that she is a quest npc. does that meen she give exp. for lvl 16 to 18 i might think about camping her if she does. and what is her spawn time.

Is she a triggered spawn, or is she there all the time?
She is in a hut outside of Befallen. To the best of my knowledge she is always there.

As it says above she is very important for the rogue redemption quest. She will ask you to kill Kizdean Gix and to retrieve a sparkle purse from Sol A for her.
She also sells the sparkling gem used to trick Toxdil out of his key for the box.
