1. The map link is correct, go South end from main hall, NOT NW direction
2. the NW means one of the 4 small rooms attached to the South end big room(with aneuks and ikaavs)
3. Clean 4 mobs in the NW small room, stand in the middle of the small room, /say Telivar to spawn him.

Lots of conflicting information out there. My map is clearly wrong. Here is how I spawned Telivar:
Go to the NW room and kill all four mobs. Loot the corpses. He won't spawn with corpses lying around.
Stand in the center between the two circular rooms, and say, "Telivar". Standing in the center pad of either room doesn't do it.
Telivar spawns in the left room as you're walking in.

Kill the four mobs in his room. Stand in the middle of the pad of the room and say, "Telivar".

I figured it out. When you clear the room to spawn Telivar, you need to remove the corpses also. You can't just hide them.
I spawned him for the original finding Telivar quest, but can't respawn him to do turn in. Getting quite annoying.

What area do you need to clear in order to get him to pop?
Loc -556 +1040 or use the map link.
the room north of the mind shear room....with aneuks and ikaavs.....4 smaller rooms attached to it. He spawns in one of them. BTW you have to say his name in the middle of the room not where he spawns
