Templar has dropped both the Mantle and cloak. Finished the Runscale cloak quest by camping him there. Also go the Mantle more than once from him.

I have camped Ltr many times, and yes, he drops the Lizzy Cloak, I know, I am wearing it. I am on the Cazic Thule server..

The cloak on Karana can easily sell for 400pp+. Very nice.

The Lizardscale Mantle is NOT droped by the Templar. The Tae Ew Diviner, who spawns in the Throne Room as well drops it.

My group killed him and he dropped the Lizardscale Mantle.

On Rallos zek, he drops the lizardscale cloak (8ac +5dex), lizardscale mantle (5ac +3wis and int), and the lizardscale belt (forgot).
the Tae Ew Diviner will drop the belt and mantle. and there is one more i have forgot though, drops the cloak and belt

sorry i had last post on the Templar, dosent drop Raven arms but he drops some raven as rare i think it is either the legs or Helm

Ok U guys have something wrong lol Templar drops the Liz Cloak as Comman and the Raven arms as rare and the Divner which spawns in the same room drops the Liz mantle as comman and the Raven Bracer as Rare there is no other drops and this Info is 100% Correct pls do not put down fake info or try to put something down about a mob if u have never killed it also The Liz belt is droped By the Archon!
