He just randomly walked right past me at the zone in.... no one had been trying to pull him bc no one but me was in zone. So that was odd...

Spawns in the 2nd to Top Layer in the Zeka Tower, Place holder was a pacing mob that went past the Tactician Masterwork.
Thanks! I'll add that the steamwork worker (bronze coloured mob) on the 'stage' in the room right before Tactician (flanked by two of the red coloured 'shockwave trooper' type mobs with a recycler that roams up there) is also a PH.

Crappy aug and Martialism are rares

Spawn rate is abysmal. On a more positive note, this is a decent mob if you have a lot of necro/sk friends. In addition if you set up your camp in the right place, you can also pull the mobs that drop bard/ench, clr/shm, and mag/BL cores if you have a mighty puller and high end (group) dps (whole group having teir 3 group weaponry at least).
