Part of the series of augment quests in the gnome camp. Task is called "One of our own"
Once you clear his room you hail him. Follow the text and 5 wraiths spawn. They go active about 1 each 45 seconds. After that you have 5 skells spawn. 45 seconds after the last skell goes live Bimbo goes live and attacks. Hit's about the same as a named in fort mech.
He drops three items for the quest, so you will have to repeat it if you have six that need. He respawns before the room does but unless your dps is insane I'd suggest waiting and reclearing the room.
Bring CC and dps and it's fairly easy.

Had a group kill to this named a few nights ago. He was not KoS and could not be pulled. This is a quest mob of some kind but he didn't react to my hails at all.

if you want to get to this mob you need to pull and move in repops are about ten minutes apart makes it rough to pull to him then pull him out.
