He was up before the sever went down for a patch, and was back up after the patch. Figure out his spawn type from that, as more than that is a guess. He spawned in the building north west from the circular one in the town, up the ramp. I would guess he is on elddar faction of some kind, as he was warm to me after a bunch of Corruption of Ro raids, and indifferent to the two boxes who have unaltered faction. I had two adds when pulling him. BUt I took no faction hit from killing him. Kind of like wyverns in CObalt Scar I would suspect.
