These golems spawn in the portion of the zone that is reached via the teleporters. They require a quest to access, a tedious quest with multiple prerequisite quests. One third of the quests can be done in the accessible portion, the other two of the three possible quests target mobs in the inaccessible portion. The quests are in Katta and were once part of the progression before the requirements for zone access were dropped but they forgot to make the teleporters in this zone accessible.
