When in Zhisza, just walk north into the tunnel with a ton of bugs. There is a funny looking wall on your right at the end. Click it and it opens like a door where there are a few pillow pads, candles, and a door at the end. That door is the zone-line for Silyssar.

| Access to this zone is granted after completing the fifth task in the Solteris arc, Confront Emperor Zaarisz. And in order to use the portals here you must complete the sixth task in the same arc: Where There's a Will.
To get this zone, take the following path: Katta Castrum > Zhisza, the Shissar Sanctuary (portal in the NW of Katta) > Silyssar, New Chelsith. When in Zhisza, just walk north into the tunnel with a ton of bugs. There is a funny looking wall on your right at the end. Click it and it opens like a door where there are a few pillow pads, candles, and a door at the end. That door is the zone-line for Silyssar. Silyssar was a destroyed habitat that the Combine had given up for lost. The Shissar managed to locate it and erect a new barrier, pumping out the saltwater and claiming the habitat as a hidden haven. Away from prying eyes, the Shissar were able to hone their technology and magic, achieving feats never thought imaginable. From their seat in Silyssar, the snake-men are poised to destroy the Combine Empire. |

Made it out here to Chelsith, took awhile. But now I need help on how to use the teleporters. I'm thinking the 5 HZ mobs: Shissar Arcanists must be in those floating temples high up in the air.
Any help would truly be appreciated.

1st Tried that advice of using mission "The Snakes Are Hiding Something." from Tactician Sodut (sp?). Turns out i can't. I need to be in a group. Cannot Solo it.

2nd. Followed the other advice of the next fellow to literally go find the tele spot. by going outside the west wall. follow that north. just stay close to the wall. let me try to link a map to magelo :

hopefully that worked. if not. google any Katta Castrum map image. look for the red circle do thing for "Zhisza". Near Upper NW. 4200, 2579 or thereabouts.
once you step onto the lightning tele thing. it takes to you the Zhisza place. Good. Now use your Map and do the find for the Silyssar, New Chelsith etc thing. You will have to sneak, fight past the mobs on the way. I just dashed invisibly as fast as i could.
Once you finally get into Silyssar...I gave up after i discovered that I would have to sneak/slog past some BLUE con mobs that gave my YELLOW con to me way too much work.
So not worth it. But if you're in a group. Probably so. Just not for this molo at 82nd. Maybe at 85th?? I'll try again and maybe update this post.

Just levitate to top of pyramid (temple) in Katta and float over wall, use the crack to the south in the 2nd wall and then head north to the zone in Zhisza. Then go north and click to open hidden wall to get to zone in.

I had to download a program from Microsoft to fix missing dll file to get IC to work. Item Collector now works.

I run the IC in windows 10. Try uninstalling the winpcap that IC installed and install the winpcap at http://www.win10pcap.org

for the time, the zone does not require progression to enter. When you zone into kata, go to Tactician Sodut, get the mission to zone in to Zhisza, the mission is called "The Snakes Are Hiding Something." Once you zone into the instance, you can zone out into Katta again, you will be at the portal to get into regular Zhisza. Once you zone in, you can use Find to see how to get to New Chelsith. You may have to clear a few mobs on the way, but much easier this way.

quick note;you can't solo this mission. you will actually need teammates. having a pet and merc will NOT be a pass.

Does anyone know if this is now open without doing all quest line? Trying to finish the Compass traveling thing. Not really wanting to do 5 or 6 quest to just get traveling flag.

Its open , went there without doing any quests for HZ tasks , so far out of the way not worth the time for it though
it is open, as far as getting the exploration achievement
Main (Temperance 95/Brd) and secondary (Okiru 90/Shd) characters each have completed the Sol Teris access arc and have the Combine Signet Ring at 25AC/300HP, which means we definitely have completed tasks #5-Confront and #6-Will.
Now I am doing the five smudged pottery tasks for the Rejuvinating Urn conquest, popped over to the Silyssar portal, and once there I just stand. (I know the ring is not needed here and is only proof of having completed other tasks, but I have it with me anyway.) Not using levitation and moving over the Silyssar portal gives no texts or emotes, simply nothing.
I really want back in. Any ideas?

Sounds like you're at the zone line for instances.
Silyssar non-instance is accessed from inside Zhisza, just north of the zone-in.

I was trying to zone into Silyssar from the pad at Outer Ena Zeku in Katta, the one with the Silyssar icon.
For progression I did go to the instanced zone (door hidden in the cave directly north of zone in).
Is this the only ENTRANCE to Silyssar?
Getting the tasks again and zoning through that hidden door.......
For all my griping that "this thing doesn't work" I could just be doing it wrong.

Look on your atlas tab, click on Odius, click on Mouth of Prexus (to Katta Castrum), and you'll see you have to go through Zhiszar to get to Silyssar. It's just like what you do in the instance mission, but go to the non-instgance of Zhiszar. The Katta stone marked Silyssar is for a direct to an instance version.
If it doesn't work in Zhiszar to zone into Silyssar, then your flags or something got messed up, if as you said, you have completed the access mission.
To get to the non-instanced version, you have to go outside the Katta wall on the West side, then go North, to about the N by NE section. On my map it's markedTo_Katta To_Zhisza in light green, and is at about 4200, 2570, -500 in-game /location or you can add the following line to kattacastrum_2.txt:
P -2570, -4200, -511, 0, 240, 0, 3, To_Zhisza

You ONLY need Katta 5 To get into this zone...
But You need katta 6 to be able to use the teleporters inside the zone..
Info is verified by by my bots, they only had katta5 to zonein, but couldnt use portal, after katta6, they could use portals.

you must do quest 5 and 6 in the arc to get access to this zone. you can do it out of order, and if someone in your group is able to request tasks 5 and 6 you will be flagged regardless if you have done another mission.
From what I understand, you need Solteris access 3, 4 and 5 to get access to this zone. I've yet to do 4 and I cannot zone in.

Their is some sort of flag or key for this zone. We did a group mission for this zone and the whole group but one person did all the tbs progrssion mission prior. The one group member who had only done one was not able to zone in, that wasnt just a but because we tryed to get bots in and they could not get in either. I do not know what key of flag is but their is one.
