Killed him today on Stromm. Dropped Darkfell Bow, Serpent Spine Geode and Goblin parts. He does summon but Dark Fury does not. Was able to kite him with little difficulty.

Spawns in a hut with a pet called Dark Fury. I've popped him many times. Always drops the cap. PH is a veteran or elder. To the left of the chieftan with the lung.
